Last week, the LBEG hosted its first event for PhD students and early career researchers: a workshop in Z-Tree, the experimental software. We were lucky enough to host Dr. Björn Hartig, from Royal Holloway University of London, as teacher for the two-day session. Björn has been a lab manager both at Royal Holloway and the University of Cologne, and has extensive knowledge of the inner workings of Z-Tree.
The course, which filled up in a very short time, taught the participants how to design, program and test their own experiments in Z-Tree. We had people attending from across London: Middlesex University, King’s College, UCL, LSE and Royal Holloway. We were very happy to be able to host everyone at the LSE and will definitely be organising this course again in the future!
